Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics (12-Month Contract) – (15358)

The Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics (12-month Contract) partners with the HR Centers of Expertise (COE), site HR, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and reporting across HR systems. The role supports the advancement of HR Analytics and the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on data quality, consistency, and system integrity.

Responsibilities also include managing employee data, supporting data flows and reporting requirements (including audit and investor reporting), and providing backup support for HR data maintenance.
