Analyst I, Financial Solutions

**Position Summary**
Working closely with RICOH’s management teams, this role provides financial and operational analysis in support of projects, strategic planning, and the implementation of process and performance improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Participate in projects focused on analyzing and improving business and financial performance. The primary objective is to identify opportunities that enhance business unit performance and increase shareholder value.
+ Provide financial consulting support to business units in achieving their strategic and operational goals.
+ Assist with forecasting and planning activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis at the business unit level.
+ Support the development and execution of RICOH’s strategic initiatives and operating plans.
