About the Role:
This is a fully onsite position
The ICQA Analyst is a floor-level inventory accuracy and compliance role responsible for executing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory transactions and documentation meet Factor's control standards. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the accuracy of inventory data used across the business.
Responsibilities
Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas; investigate and resolve count variancesAudit inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS for accuracy and proper documentationIdentify and escalate non-compliance issues related to receiving, storage, picking, or reconciliation processesSupport physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit eventsDocument findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies
