Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of learning solutions for a wide range of business initiatives and programs
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business requirements into effective learning strategies and solutions
  • Develop instructional frameworks, learning objectives, storyboards, outlines, and curriculum structures aligned with adult learning principles
  • Design engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including
    • eLearning
    • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
    • Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
    • Performance Support Materials
    • Hybrid and blended learning solutions
  • Build learner-centered content that includes activities, knowledge checks, assessments, and reinforcement strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, review content, and drive alignment throughout the design...
