We’re looking for an Attribution Analyst to join our Performance & Attribution team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality attribution analysis across a range of strategies, including LDI, Multi-Asset and Fixed Income. Producing and developing attribution analysis across LDI, Multi-Asset and Fixed Income strategies

Designing and implementing enhancements to LDI and Multi-Asset attribution models

Translating complex client requirements into scalable solutions using Python and Excel

Participating in meetings with fund managers, strategists and product specialists

Seeking to understand and meet client requirements

Ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are in place within the team
