- Drive post-launch analysis, incident reso- Manage a portfolio of complex, interdependent programs across data domains - Ensure alignment between Product and Engineering teams on scope and delivery - Track, monitor, and report program execution for timely delivery - Lead cross-domain initiatives to standardize and centralize data platforms - Partner with engineering and architecture teams for technical decision-making - Drive modernization initiatives including framework upgrades and scalable designs - Facilitate design and architecture reviews to ensure long-term maintainability - Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints and drive mitigation strategies - Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics - Improve program management practices and execution efficiency - Communicate effectively with leadership on progress, risks, and outcomeslution, and continuous improvements
