Responsibilities - Perform loan processing & servicing such as loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, fee collection, etc.
- Perform audit confirmation activities – setup of new auditors, creation of customers’ instructions in system.
- Prepare manual computations of loan instalments or schedules for customers.
- Follow up with units/stakeholders to ensure all issues & rectifications are resolved.
