DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Analyst, Total Rewards Americas located in Bogotá, Colombia. The Analyst delivers administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the Asia‑Pacific region, partnering closely with regional Total Rewards leaders, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to design programs that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. The role offers strong exposure to regional projects, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day GSTR cases and act as regional process owner and SME.
