Conducts market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and includes annual survey submissions.
Assists in the design and implementation of compensation structures, including salary bands, incentives, and bonuses.
Collaborates with HR and department heads to review and approve salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus recommendations for individual contributor level positions.
Supports Manager, General Total Rewards with cyclical compensation processes such as Merit, Annual bonus, Salary Planning etc.
Conducts regular compensation audits to ensure equity and compliance with legal regulations.
Collaborates with the Analyst, HRIS to conduct data integrity audits in E-people.
Maintains job architecture and position automation in E-people system ensuring job grades/pay scales assigned to jobs are accurate.
