Job Overview

This full‑time payroll position serves the payroll function within the HR Services team.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager, Senior Analyst and Business Units to accurately process requests in accordance with existing processes.
• Respond to payroll requests from employees, managers and government authorities.
• Support analysts in the implementation of system changes.
• Perform various pay adjustments and calculations.
• Participate in HR Services process improvement activities (understand customer needs, analyze processes, recommend improvements).
• Provide team support for reporting and special projects.
