Job Description

Position: Acquisitions and Valuation Analyst in Real Estate. Assists in evaluation and sourcing of on‑ and off‑market investment opportunities in Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City. Partners closely with other stakeholders during the acquisition process, including the asset management and capital management teams. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to prioritize and meet goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluation of investment opportunities
• Work closely with other stakeholders during the acquisition and/or disposition process, including the asset management and capital management teams
• Help evaluate investment offerings from sale brokers, asset managers, and owners
