Job Overview The Senior Technology Enablement Analyst provides end‑to‑end enablement for AML, Transaction Monitoring, and broader Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platforms, acting as a critical bridge between FCRM business users and Technology delivery teams. This role ensures that complex regulatory, risk, and detection requirements are accurately translated into technology solutions that are well‑designed, data‑enabled, tested, operationally ready, and sustainable in BAU. They enable safe and effective change across FCRM platforms by combining business application ownership, testing leadership, data enablement, and strong stakeholder orchestration.

Location & Schedule Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation $81,600 - $115,200 CAD.
