ABOUT THE ROLE
Ensure compliance with inventory processes in maquiladoras, as well as ensure the proper execution of material and intermediate flow, and receipt of finished products from maquiladoras to the plant and vice versa in order to meet delivery schedules and new product launches on time.
Implement process improvements and generate cost-saving projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimize operating costs (inputs, loading, unloading, storage, inventory control, and penalties).
Daily coordination between planning, warehousing, maquiladoras, and carriers to activate the shipment and receipt of materials and finished products on time.
- Actualizar, estandarizar, optimizar y controlar la documentación de maquilas: PIH, procedimientos, manuales, especificaciones.
- Update, standardize, optimize, and control the documentation of maquiladoras: PIH, procedures, manuals, specifications.
