Data Analyst - Analytic Objectivity and Process Survey Support Specialist

Our customer requires support to evaluate adherence to Intelligence Community (IC) analytic standards in intelligence products, practices, and processes. This support includes designing, testing, and administering surveys; collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting survey data; and preparing tailored briefings to assist in assessing IC elements, Combatant Commands, and other analytic entities' compliance with analytic standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recommend survey design, testing, and administration across multiple platforms.


• Assist customers in identifying suitable survey tools on various platforms.


• Offer expert support in methodological, technological, and ethical aspects (e.g., ensuring neutrality, precision, and repeatability of measures; conducting cost-benefit analyses of survey tools; and maintaining respondent anonymity).<...
