The Work You'll Do

At Sovos, we transform how companies manage tax compliance. As an Analytics Engineer on our Care Analytics team, you will own the data infrastructure that powers Sovos' general support analytics function—designing and maintaining our Snowflake warehouse, partnering with ops to scope and ship the right solutions, and leading data workstreams across 3–4 CRM backend migrations.

This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership.

More specifically, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models, pipelines, and warehouse objects (DDL, DML, DQL)
• Own delta pipelines, MERGE tasks, and incremental load strategies end to end
• Partner with ops stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scoped, buildable solutions
