We're a fast-growing, premium body care brand, based in the UK. Data isn't a bolt-on for us, it's native to how we operate, and we're hiring someone to help build that out properly.

This is a hands-on builder role, we want working systems in the hands of our operators, not strategies on a slide deck. You'll work alongside our departmental leads to ship fast. 

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the models that power decision-making across the business. From customer acquisition and attribution, to retention, subscriptions, forecasting, and operational reporting, you will transform complex data into trusted, scalable systems that teams rely on every day.

Working directly with leadership, marketing, operations, and finance, you’ll help define how we measure the business, uncover opportunities for growth, and build the foundations that enable better decisions at every level of the company.
