We’re hiring a player-manager to lead Kytes’ analytics function—owning customer insights delivery, team leadership, and the BI roadmap. This role combines hands-on analytics, client engagement, and people management.
Role Overview
Drive end-to-end analytics for enterprise clients while building scalable BI solutions and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics engagements from requirements to dashboard delivery
Act as the primary analytics partner; present insights to CXOs and business leaders
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Mentor and manage a team of Data Analysts / BI Developers
Own BI roadmap, data modelling standards, and dashboard frameworks
