**Job Description :**

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Assists anesthesia staff with the preparation and maintenance of equipment, supplies and medications for anesthetic procedures.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provides anesthesia staff with adequate supply of equipment, supplies, and medications for anesthesia services areas. (30%)
+ Ensures that all anesthetizing locations are in a state of readiness. (30%)
+ Maintains proper standards of cleanliness and organization of the anesthesia workroom. (15%)
+ Manages equipment, supplies, and medications according to established guidelines in order to maintain and provide safe, efficient, and cost effective programs. (15%)
+ Participates in hospital, division, and department activities. (10%)
+ Performs other duties as assigned or required.
