Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 6-12 months (ideally 1 year). The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x10's. Full-time candidates highly preferred but open to considering a minimum of 2 weeks per month. No weekends, no nights, no call, and no holidays.
Case Mix: Ortho, Urology, General, GI, Gyn, ENT, Cath lab (A FIBS, to TEEs, ICD implants)
Support Staff/Supervision: No supervision. Provider will do solo cases only.
Credentialing Time-Frame: 45-60 days
Certifications: BC, cardiac fellowship required, TEE cert preferred, ACLS, and BLSThe Independence Difference:
