About the role

• Provide advice and support on program governance, reporting, and performance management for the program
• Proactively identify and support mitigation of program risks, issues, and dependencies through effective tracking and reporting processes
• Prepare governance materials including agendas, papers, briefing packs, and documentation for regional and statewide committees and boards
• Manage minutes, action tracking, and escalation pathways, ensuring timely close-out of governance actions
