Troocoo Government are currently seeking an experienced AO5 Workforce Liaison Officer to join a large Queensland Government organisation in Brisbane's inner northern suburbs. This is an initial 6-month agency labour hire contract opportunity, paying $69.21 to $75.09 per hour + super. 

The Role
As the AO5 Workforce Liaison Officer you will play a key role in the management of workplace complaints and conduct matters, ensuring matters are appropriately assessed, allocated, monitored and reported on.

You will liaise closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, provide advice on complaints management processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, reporting and governance frameworks.
