AP/CP General Surgical Pathologist/Medical Director Hudson, FL
Full-time | Days (Rotating Weekends)
We are seeking a Pathology Medical Director for a hospital 1 hour north of Tampa, FL.
Qualified Candidates:
- AP/CP certification is required
- At least three years of hospital-based experience is preferred
- Active Florida Medical License and/or FCVS is a plus
- Comfortable with the full scope of AP and CP
- The successful candidate must work cooperatively within diverse environments, have excellent interpersonal skills, and successfully establish and maintain positive relationships with hospital medical staff, technical staff and referring physicians
- Case volumes: approximately 3,500 surgical cases per year and 600 non-gyn cytology cases per year
