Job Description

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team
• Set priorities, KPIs, and performance standards
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
• Oversee vendor payments (including foreign currency wires)
• Monitor AP ageing and manage payment cycles
• Supervise month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing
• Review AP‑related balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with policies (expenses, credit cards, controls)
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements
• Support and lead cross‑functional projects (Finance, IT, Procurement)
