**Job Title** : A&P Mechanic

**Job Description**

This role focuses on performing line and hangar maintenance on Boeing Dreamlifter (747-400) aircraft at the Charleston (CHS) airport within a Boeing facility. You will support a busy air cargo operation, carrying out routine and non-routine maintenance tasks and receiving basic inspection training as part of your development. The position starts as a contract role with a strong opportunity to transition to a permanent hire after six months.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform line maintenance on Boeing Dreamlifter (747-400) and other Boeing aircraft models as required, ensuring safe and efficient turnaround of air cargo operations.
+ Carry out overnight hangar maintenance activities, including scheduled and unscheduled inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
