Our client, a well-established WA-based engineering and infrastructure business, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team immediately. This opportunity can be offered on a temporary, contract, or permanent basis depending on the successful candidate’s preference and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts payable processing
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing invoices and payment runs
• Handling supplier queries
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the broader finance team with ad hoc duties

About You

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
• Experience using Greentree ERP is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
