Brandwatch in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the APAC region, covering maternity leave. You will own and grow an installed customer base by driving expansion ARR and durable NRR, while leveraging digital engagement models to scale with high-volume accounts.

You will lead renewal strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with CX, Product, and Solutions teams to ensure value delivery and accurate forecasting in CRM.
