Datacor is looking for a customer support specialist for the APAC region to address and resolve customer inquiries related to API usage and integration. You will escalate more complex issues and help improve client-facing documentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in technical support and a strong familiarity with Databento's API. A background in financial trading or market data is a plus.
