MUFG is seeking a regional Employee Relations expert to lead ER strategies for Asia Pacific, ensuring compliance with global and local guidelines and labour agreements. You will drive policy governance, colleague investigations, and proactive ER risk management while partnering with Compliance, Legal, and HR teams across markets.

You will coach HRBPs, support change initiatives, and build capability to handle complex ER cases, including reductions in force, in a fast-paced environment.
