Alcon is seeking a leader for the Medical Affairs team based in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead APAC Medical Science Liaison initiatives, oversee strategic relationships, and manage budget and team performance across the region. With a focus on ophthalmology, this role requires a Medical Doctor with extensive experience in leadership roles.

The ideal applicant will have a strong background in medical devices and the ability to engage effectively with key opinion leaders. Domestic and international travel is expected.
