• Manage day‑to‑day operational execution of Global Logistics (GL) services, notably transport management and shipment operations, ensuring on‑time and cost‑effective delivery in APAC.
• Provide operational leadership to logistics service providers (4PL LCC and others), ensuring timely collection, delivery, and effective communication with sites and customers.
• Resolve escalated operational issues not resolved by the service provider, maintaining consistent interface with markets and sites.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational performance across all GL services in assigned regions.
• Support new product, customer, and shipping location setup and onboarding via the LCC, collaborating with Procurement and Logistics Compliance teams.
