Grab is seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to design and implement APAC sales incentive plans. You will work closely with People Rewards, HR, regional and country sales leaders to align compensation with business objectives and market practices.

The role requires hands-on design, analytics, and project leadership across multiple markets, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, onsite in Petaling Jaya.
