Roche is seeking a Cluster Section Lead to steer a dedicated accounting team within our global shared services hub. You will drive accurate financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading day-to-day operations.

You will oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, develop staff, and align team goals with Roche’s strategic objectives, upholding high ethical standards and governance.
