Description
Our client is seeking a Temporary AP/AR Manager to lead accounts payable and accounts receivable operations during a critical project. This role will oversee daily transactional accounting functions, support process improvements, and help ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage day-to-day AP and AR operations, including invoicing, collections, payment processing, and account reconciliations.
+ Supervise staff and help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.
+ Monitor cash flow activity and support cash management initiatives.
+ Assist with month-end close, reporting, and resolution of outstanding account issues.
+ Partner with leadership on process optimization and workflow improvements.
+ Support system and reporting tools as needed, including ERP and accounting platforms.
