About the Role
We are looking for an experienced

Assistant Project Manager – MEP (Planning)

to join our team for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and master project plans.
Review and monitor contractors' progress schedules to ensure adherence to project timelines.
Conduct and chair coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders, while maintaining MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Review MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants for design clarifications and approvals.
