Job Level: Principal Advisor, Permanent full‑time position reporting to the Manager, Investments.

Overview

The Investments team works in a fast‑paced environment focused on supporting Māori economic development and housing.

Responsibilities

Analyse investment proposals and support robust decision‑making processes; evaluate risk and opportunity, and prepare business cases using financial and operational data.

Contribute to monitoring investment performance, preparing reports on fund management and delivery, and ensuring outcomes align with objectives.

Strengthen investment processes in line with best practice, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
