Position: Appellate Attorney

Compensation: $160,000-$250,000 base + performance bonus

The firm maintains a selective client base, emphasizes strategic case management, and provides attorneys with a clear path to expanded responsibility and long-term growth.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Appellate Attorney will:

• Handle civil appeals in Texas state and federal courts from notice of appeal through disposition
  
• Draft appellate briefs, petitions for review, mandamus proceedings, and dispositive motions
