Role Summary
We are looking for an Application Analyst to support an enterprise client's IT environment under a managed services engagement. The role covers L2 application support, user access management, configuration, vendor coordination, and ensuring application availability within agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle L2 application support tickets β triage, resolve, or escalate within SLA.
* Manage user provisioning, roles, and access control across enterprise applications.
* Perform application configuration and parameterisation as requested by the business.
* Coordinate with vendors on bugs, patches, and fix-pack deployments.
* Support application release cycles β regression checks, smoke testing, and post-deployment validation.
* Assist in UAT coordination for upgrades β test execution support and defect logging.
