Become the technical expert focusing primarily on Bruker’s MS systems & solutions and support other assigned or relevant analytical instruments such as FPLC, ICP‑OES and chemistry analyzers.
Pre‑sales technical support activities: deliver technical presentations to prospective customers and at conferences, seminars, workshops; provide technical support to the sales team for tender responses; manage instrument demonstrations and sample analyses for prospective customers.
Post‑sales application support: provide applications & technical support to customers, conduct system operation training, and assist engineers in troubleshooting.
Weekly reporting of activities.
Active learning and participation in Bruker and other suppliers’ training programs.
