Main Accountabilities Application Management and Support - Provide day-to-day support for multiple business applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly or escalate to suppliers as necessary.
- Monitor application performance and maintain system stability.
- Develop and enhance applications in line with changes to business requirements over time.
- Within the above:
- ~80%+ focus on the ERP system (Business Central)
- ~20% focus on other specialist applications
Coordination With Suppliers - Raise support tickets with suppliers and follow up to ensure a timely resolution.
