Key Responsibilities Application Engineering Support (70%)
Work closely with OEMs providing guidance and technical solutions for both existing and new air‑conditioning products.
Support customers in the use of product selection software and system design simulators.
Assist OEMs with the development and optimization of variable‑speed air‑conditioning systems supporting testing system balancing and approval processes.
Coordinate testing with the psychrometric lab and manage technical documentation such as catalogs, application bulletins and manuals.
Engage OEMs on alternate refrigerants and explore new application opportunities in the region.
Provide inputs on regional efficiency standards and collaborate with marketing to influence standard bodies (AHRI, Eurovent etc.).
Lead NBO (New Business Opportunities) initiatives for air‑conditioning products in MEA in close collaboration with Sales.
