Job Description
- Analyze and troubleshoot customers' issues via phone/email and site support
- Understand and analyze customer requirements concerning product/solution capabilities and specifications within the product categories mentioned above
- With guidance and supervisory, this role will collaborate with both sales, channel and other technical team members and end-customers to identify technical requirements, design and develop applications/solutions that effectively accomplish customers' needs and objectives
- Plan, provide and deliver training on existing and new products/applications
- Able to work with different stakeholders which includes but is not limited to customers, partners, salespeople, engineers
