Review with ASMs all RFQs for / from region, prioritize and distribute workload to the team and alternative sources if required Decide in cooperation with respective ASMs and CSM which jobs will be quoted, in implementation of the selective biding strategy. Handle personally key highly complex jobs with no supervision Support Application Engineers and Sales Engineers in offering the optimized solution, internal/external training, product development opportunities or cross functional assistance.
