Utilize Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, and other support tools to manage support requests
Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, vendors, and customer technical teams
Manage integration lifecycle activities including discovery, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and testing
Support onboarding and implementation for partners including Athena and eClinicalWorks
Develop, maintain, and execute documented testing scenarios, test scripts, and validation proceduresCreate and maintain integration documentation, workflow diagrams, and troubleshooting guides
