Provide Level 3 technical specialist skills in delivering, maintaining and supporting end user support functions including printing, computer environment and SOE's Implementation of EUC solutions and infrastructure that provides solutions for the effective management and maintenance of operating systems and devices Assist with the implementation and testing of policies, Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
