Description
We are seeking a highly technical Application Performance Engineering professional to support and expand enterprise-wide observability capabilities. The individual will work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
This role is highly hands-on and focuses on Dynatrace, Elastic, OpenTelemetry, monitoring strategy, distributed tracing, synthetic monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis.
The successful candidate will help developers interpret performance issues, investigate production incidents, analyze logs and traces, implement monitoring solutions, and drive proactive observability practices across the organization.
The environment is heavily Microsoft-based and runs primarily within Azure.
