Experience:
5–8 years of experience in Share Point Online, One Drive, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Basic administration of:

o Slack Administration.
• Ability to perform basic Microsoft Copilot troubleshooting (prompt issues, access, integration problems).
