Perform root cause analysis (RCA) , document findings, and drive corrective or preventive actions to improve system stability.
Support production releases, deployment validation, post-release monitoring, and hypercare activities during critical support windows.
Perform enhancements , bug fixes , configuration updates, and support-related application changes when required.
Support business-critical activities during Malaysia public holidays when required, with compensation through replacement leave or holiday pay based on company policy.
Requirements
3β5 years of experience in application support, production support, or support-focused software development .
