Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for telecom domain applications in a production environment.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support live production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Debug and resolve issues in complex, distributed environments.
• Work with cross-functional teams for incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Manage deployments, monitoring, and scaling using AWS services
• Support and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend integrations
• Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
