What you'll do

• Monitor and support production environments (L2 Support)
• Manage and supervise batch jobs using Control-M
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform recoveries
• Monitor file transfers (CFT / Connect:Express)
• Support application teams during deployments and production changes
• Maintain operational documentation and reporting
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Experience in Operations / Production Support / N2 Support
• Good knowledge of Linux & Windows administration
• Hands-on experience with Control-M
• Experience with CFT / Connect:Express is a plus
• Familiarity with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Apache/To...
