ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Application Support Engineers to join our team in a hybrid role based in Porto, with two days per week in the office. You'll play a key role in supporting business-critical applications within the financial services sector, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of production environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Manage and resolve production incidents effectively, ensuring service continuity.

- Develop technical and functional knowledge of the assigned applications.

- Identify recurrent incidents and contribute to effective long-term solutions.

- Monitor applications and infrastructure in line with established SLA requirements.

- Follow up and coordinate technical operations, infrastructure changes and planned interventions.
